Modas Home 1

The Terrace Home

At Modas Living, we were given the beautiful opportunity to make an original Victorian terrace “home” for our co-living clients. The house was a double storey home laced with cast iron decorative balustrade.

The home was only minutes walk to the closest Inner West light rail making it a very convenient and ideal lifestyle home for our young professionals.

Modern Living

We styled and furnished the place with brand new furniture paying particular attention to clean lines and simplicity.

The theme of the home is warmth and calm “zen” greenery. The colour scheme and artworks follows through with flowers and greenery throughout.

Lounge fit for a Goddess

The lounge set is turquoise coloured, styled and furnished to feel cosy and homely so that our residents can chill out with a book and just “zen,”

The Little Details

It is the little details that set the standard for our co-living space.

We utilise this space as a shoe rack area ensuring residents neatly stores their shoes on the rack and not have them scattered in the house. We understand a clutter-free home leads to a clean and tidy home. It is little details like these that ensures a successful co-living environment.

We soften the area with a stylish modern foot bench so that our residents can comfortably take off or put on their shoes. Little luxurious are important. 🙂

The Cosy Room

Our theme of flowers and greenery, we styled all rooms to feel homely and cosy so our residents look forward to going “home” for a beautiful restful night.

The Home Office The Study Area

The workplace is changing. We understand there is increasing numbers of employers offering flexibility to work from home. There are also young professionals working after hours on their own businesses so we ensure the home adapts to this lifestyle. As for a competitive workforce, people are studying to up-skill.

Thus, we created a working space that is collaborative and comfortable to work or study from home.

Kitchen and Dining ready for your own MKR episode!

Brand new everything. We furnished the dining room with a brand new quality wooden table which gives it a homely feel. Then soften the look with some beautiful beautiful pink peonies in the middle of the table.

The kitchen is then decked out with everything you need for your MKR episode at home complete with quality “Scanpan” brand knife block sets, gold plated cooking pots and pans, shiny cutleries and clean white bowls and plates. No expenses spared as we want our residents to feel at home instantly they walk into the kitchen.

Happy Residents

We pride ourselves in able to find the right mix of people for a successful co-living home. This home, we have young professionals calling this place home.
